Orange & Rosemary Syrup

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 oz gin

  • 1/2 oz campari

  • 1 oz orange & rosemary syrup  

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

  • 1 dash orange bitter

  • 1 tsp. orange blossom water

PREPARATION

Mix all ingredients in a shaker. Shake well with ice. Filter through a fine mesh strainer into an old-fashioned glass. Fill up with fresh ice and garnish with a star anis.
