cocoa & Beet Syrup

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 mint leaves

  • ¾ oz. Of syrup Cocoa & Beet “Les Charlatans”

  • ½ oz of fresh lime juice

  • 1 oz of brown rum About

  • 2 oz of Crémant “of apple”

PREPARATION

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker. Lightly squeeze mint with a muddler or spoon. Fill with ice. Stir vigorously. Sieve the contents by pouring the contents directly into a cup filled with ice. Then fill the glass with Crémant de pomme. Garnish with a small sprig of mint.

LIMONADE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz de rum

  • Environ 2 oz of Crémant “of apple”

PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients in a "shaker". Combine all the ingredients in a shaker. Lightly squeeze mint with a muddler or spoon. Fill with ice. Stir vigorously. Sieve the contents by pouring the contents directly into a cup filled with ice. Then fill the glass with Crémant de pomme. Garnish with a small sprig of mint.
