INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ oz of gin  

  • ½ oz of campari

  • 1 oz of Orange & Rosemary

  • ½ oz of fresh lemon juice

  • 1 dash orange bitter

  • 1 tsp. orange blossom water

PREPARATION

Mix all ingredients in a shaker. shake well with ice. Filter though a fine mesh strainer into an old-fashioned glass. Fill up with fresh ice and garnish with a star anis.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 oz of Orange & Rosemary Syrup “Les Charlatans”

  • 1 oz Oolong tea full-bodied, cold

  • 1 oz Juice 100% cranberries from Quebec

  • Juice ½ lemon

PREPARATION

Pour over ice in a large wine glass, lengthen with carbonated mineral water. Garnish with dried cranberries, 1 sprig of rosemary.

  • 1/2 blood orange juice

PREPARATION

Pour on ice in a wine glass and fill with sparkling water. garnish with 1 sprig of rosemary, 2 straws.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz of Bourbon or rye whiskey

  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

  • 1/4 oz of Orange & Rosemary “Les Charlatans”

  • Orange zest

PREPARATION

In an old fashioned glass, mix the syrup, the angustera and the orange zest. With a pestle gently press the zests to release the oils. Add the whiskey and stir. Add ice cream.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 oz of Orange & Rosemary “Les Charlatans”

  • 2 oz of pineapple juice

  • 1 1/2 oz of gin   

  • 1/2 oz of cherry brandy

  • 1/2 of lime juice

  • 1/4 oz of Bénédictine

PREPARATION

Cool a glass of highball or Hurricane type. In a "shaker" mix all ingredients with ice. Filter into the service glass and decorate tiki fashion.

  • 1/2 oz de Sirop Orange & Romarin

  • 1 oz de jus de lime

  • 2 oz de tequila 100% agave

PRÉPARATION

Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with a piece of lime and dip it in a saucer of salt. In a "shaker" mix all ingredients with ice. Filter into the service glass.

  • 1/2 oz Sirop Orange & Romarin   

  • ginger ale

PREPARATION

Pour on ice in a whiskey glass. Add to ginger ale and garnish with lemon zest.

  • 1 trait orange citrate bittermens   

  • 1 oz de lait d’amande ou de riz

PREPARATION

In a shaker, mix everything. pour in an old fashion glass. Garnish with a mint head. For a cocktail, add 1 1/2 oz of gin and 1/2 oz of campari

INGRÉDIENTS

  • 1/2 oz Sirop Orange & Romarin

  • 1 blanc d’oeuf

  • 1/2 jus de lime   

  • 1/2 cointreau

PREPARATION


Cool in a glass of old fashioned type. Combine the ingredients in a shaker and shake without ice for a few seconds. Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Filter into the serving glass, add ice as needed and garnish with a mint leaf.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 traits de bitter’s à la Pacane de Bitters Co

  • 2 oz de purée de poire maison (simplement broyer une poire avec un peu d’eau)

  • 8 à 10 oz de cidre Brut du Minot

  • 1 1/2 Sirop Orange & Romarin

PREPARATION

Fill a Collins type glass with ice, add all the ingredients and mix with a better spoon. Garnish with a slice of pear and a sprig of rosemary.
