INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz of vodka

  • 3/4 oz of Lime & Pepper “Les Charlatans”

  • ½ oz of lime juice

  • 4 leaves of basil

PREPARATION

In a "shaker", mix everything with ice, pass in a glass, topping with soda.

  • ½ oz of Lime & Pepper Syrup “Les Charlatans”

  • 2 oz. Strong green tea, cold

  • Juice of 1 lime

PREPARATION

Pour over ice into a highball glass and fill with water from your Aquaovo. Garnish with 1 slice of lime and 2 straws.

*For a cocktail version, add 1 1/2 oz of vodka.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ oz of Lime & Pepper Syrup “Les Charlatans”

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • 1 cup frozen Quebec berries

PRÉPARATION

Shake all ingredients without adding ice cubes. Pour into a highball type glass previously cooled. Lengthen with sparkling mineral water. Garnish with mint leaf, 2 straws.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ oz de Sirop Lime & Poivre “Les Charlatans”

  • 1 lime en cubes

  • 1 petit bouquet de coriandre

PREPARATION

Dans un verre de type lowball, piler le sirop, les cubes de lime et la coriandre. Rajouter des glaçons et allonger avec de l’eau minérale gazéifiée. Garnir d’1 tranche de lime, 1 bouquet de coriandre.

PREPARATION

Mix all ingredients in a “shaker”. serve in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with lime slices.

PREPARATION

Chill a cocktail glass. Mix all ingredients in a “shaker” filled with ice. Strain into the glass and garnish with a lime twist.

VODKA LIME & POIVRE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz of vodka

  • 1 oz of Lime & Pepper Syrup “Les Charlatans”

  • slices of lime

  • Soda (club)(facultatif)

PREPARATION

Put vodka, Lime & Pepper Syrup and ice cubes in a shaker and mix well. Serve in a wide and short glass. Lengthening of soda (club) (optional). Garnish with lime slices.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 white egg

  • 1 ½ oz of rum

  • ½ oz of lime juice

  • ½ oz of Lime & Pepper Syrup “Les Charlatans”

  • ½ of cointreau


PREPARATION

Cool glass of old-fashioned. Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake without ice for a few seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a glass service, add ice add needed and garnish with a mint leaf.
