INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 oz of Ginger Syrup “Les Charlatans”

  • 1/2 oz of lemon juice

  • 2 oz of apple juice

PREPARATION

Mix all ingredients then add ice, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with lemon and ginger slice.

PIMM’S CUP

INGREDIENTS

½ oz of Pimm’s

  • ½ oz of Ginger Syrup

  • soda

  • some diced cucumber

  • 2 strawberries (or seasonal berries) diced

PREPARATION:

Put the diced cucumber and fruit in a highball glass and fill with ice. Combine ingredients supplementing with soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.

MOSCOW, JAMAICAN, MEXICAN, ENGLISH MULE/FOGHORN

*With alcohol, replace water with 1 ½ oz de bourbon Wild Turkey.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ oz of vodka, rum, tequila or gin

  • ¾ oz of Ginger Syrup

  • ½ oz of lime juice

  • soda

PREPARATION:

Fill a highball glass with ice. Mixing the ingredients supplementing with soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.

FRENCH 375

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ oz of lemon juice

  • ½ oz of Ginger Syrup

  • 4 to 6 oz of Brut cider

  • A branch of thyme

PREPARATION:

In a shaker, lightly press the thyme with a muddler or a spoon. Add lime juice, ice and Ginger Syrup. Filter the contents through a sieve by pouring it directly into a flute. Top off with Brut cider. Garnish with a small branch of thyme and a slice of lime.

INGREDIENTS

6 oz of La Bolée

  • ¾ oz of Ginger syrup

  • 6 oz of water

  • Lemon zest

  • Cinnamon

  • Anise

PREPARATION:

Put all the ingredients in a Mug style glass, mix with a spoon. Garnish with zest, cinnamon and anise.
