cUCUMBER & TARRAGON TONIC

GIN TONIC

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz of gin

  • ¼ oz of  Cucumber & Tarragon Tonic “Les Charlatans”

  • carbonated water

PREPARATION

Mix all ingredients with carbonated water and ice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz de tonique Concombre & Estragon “Les Charlatans”

  • 3 tranches de concombre bio de préférence

  • 2 leaves of basil

  • 1 sprig of tarragon

  • carbonated water

PREPARATION

Peel the cucumber and herbs in a lowball type glass. Add ice, tonic and fill with water from your Aquaovo. Garnish with 1 slice of cucumber, a tarragon sprig and a small bunch of basil leaves.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 oz of Cucumber & tarragon “Les Charlatans”

  • 2-3 lines of bitter Angostura

  • 8 to 10 oz of Mystique

PREPARATION

Fill ice with a small Masson pot. Pour the tonic cucumber & tarragon, the Angostura and fill the cup with Mystic cider. Mix everything, add 2 thin slices of cucumbers and serve!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin Piger Henricus

  • 1 oz of Cucumber & Tarragon

  • 3 slices of parsnip

  • 3 slices of cucumber

PREPARATION

In a highball glass, crush the cucumber, parsnip and tonic, fill the glass with ice cubes three-quarters, lengthen with sparkling mineral water. Garnish with 1 stem of tarragon, 2 straws.
