  • ½ oz of lime juice

PREPARATION

Pour over ice in a lowball glass type. Garnish with slice of lime

  • 5 oz of La Bolée cider

  • 3 drops of angostura

PREPARATION

Combine all the ingredients directly in a glass glass filled with ice. Garnish with maple popcorn.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz of Ice Minot

  • 1/2 oz of Five Roses bourbon (or other choices)

  • 1/2 oz of campari

  • 1/2 oz of Coffee & Cardamom Syrup “Les Charlatans”

PREPARATION

Build directly in an Old Fashioned glass on a large glass (or glass filled with normal ice) and stir with a spoon. Add a zest of lemon in garnish.

  • 1 oz condensed milk

  • 1/2 lemon juice

PREPARATION

Shaker, pour on ice in a glass of highball type. Garnish with 1 orange peel, 1 dash of Angustura Orange bitter, 2 straws.

  • 1 oz Brandy Paul Mason

  • ½ oz Amaretto DiSaronno

  • ½ oz Cardamom & Coffee Syrup “Les Charlatans”

  • Juice ½ Lemon

PREPARATION

Shake and pour on ice in a lowball style glass. * For a more frothy texture, add an egg white in the shaker. Garnish with 1 cherry on a spike, lime zest.
